****FIRST & FOREMOST: I love answering health Q’s, but before asking check out my HealthQ&As link, I might have answered it already! (Sorry, I’m just getting really busy these days & feel bad if I don’t answer back quickly, but please feel free to ask anyway! I answer them in at least a day=])
Why 500 days?
I used the term “500daysofhealthy” because I liked the sound of the movie 500 Days of Summer, and that got me thinking, I wonder what 500 days of healthy living would be like (:
Then I started making the 500 days posts (500 little things to love about the healthy/fit lifestyle)
What is your work out like?
At gym: Run on elliptical for 15-20 minutes, 25 reps each leg on butt machine, 11 leg swing on ab machine, 25 each leg of these on half rubber ball,
What is your diet like?
For breakfast: I make myself a strawberry, banana, kiwi smoothie & cereal
Lunch: Toast & nectarines
Dinner: No set dinner, whatever dinner is I eat in moderation
Are you in any sports/athletics/hobbies?
Cheerleading, flyer & stunter
I heard you do your promos differently?
Yes I do. Everyone knows that I do them a little differently. I put a lot of time and effort on each individual blog when I promo them, I scroll through them & list down their unique qualities. I don’t just throw fitblrs out there like most promos do. I put time reading everyone’s stories & seeing what makes their journey/fitblr unique.
So you can see why I don’t do promos very often. They take me a lot of time. But I have fun doing it! So when I do have a promo, DO THEM, take advantage of it! <3
